I'm Yash Patil. I turn designs and half-built repos into production interfaces — typed end to end, tested, and fast on a mid-range phone.

Three things clients ask for by name — and get every time.
App Router, server components and streaming renders. Interfaces that stay fast as the codebase and the team grow.
One Dart codebase for iOS and Android with a design handoff that survives contact with real devices.
Typed props and API contracts, tests where they pay off, CI on every pull request, and no surprise rewrites.
Chosen per project, not per fashion.

The questions that come up before every project.
React and Next.js on the web, Flutter and Dart on mobile. When a project needs a backend I build it with Node.js or FastAPI and PostgreSQL — I own the feature end to end instead of passing it over a fence.
Yes, that is most of the work. I start with a short audit, then make the smallest change that fixes the root cause. You get PRs, review notes and a repo that is cleaner than I found it.
A 30-minute call to scope it, then a written plan with milestones and a fixed price per milestone. I can usually kick off within a week. Weekly demos, everything committed to your repository.
I work from your Figma, or design in the browser when there is no designer yet. Either way you review real components early, not a static mockup.
Tell me what you are shipping. The shortest route is the form — email and phone work too.
